Welcome to Daybreak

Here you can find information on two groups that work to create a community that residents love. Snow Removal in Daybreak

Below are some quick facts about snow removal in Daybreak. If you have any specific questions, please call the Daybreak Community Association at (801) 254-8062 and they will help navigate your request.

Snow pushing does not occur for accumulation under 2". Contractors will be dispatched when 2" or more has accumulated, or at the end of each snow event, depending on the conditions of the snow event. Based on the crew's starting location, you may not see them immediately. However, the crews will start at a different location each snow event to provide everyone an opportunity to have their snow cleared first.

Volunteer Activities Council Spotlight - October

LiveDAYBREAK is excited to spotlight Tiffany Despain for this month's Volunteer Activities Council Award. She moved with her family to Daybreak just over three years ago, into Garden Park (even though they are nowhere near 55 years old!) and just one year ago moved into Lake Village. Her favorite things in Daybreak include but are not limited to, the summer concert series, the lake and all amenities Daybreak has to offer. Her favorite things to do in her spare time are OrangeTheory, reading, crafting and listening to podcasts.
