Kick off the new year by becoming your healthiest and happiest self! We are hosting an 8 week program for Daybreak residents focusing on all things health and wellness. Each week there will be free lectures, seminars and activities. To participate, complete any or all of the activities on the schedule. If you finish 9 activities, you get a water bottle and will be entered to win one of our grand prizes!

You can pick up your check-off sheet at the DCC or Glass House, or you can download it below and print it at home!
