The Fit For Life Challenge (formerly Biggest Loser) is a 10-week program that will challenge you to lose/maintain weight, improve your diet, increase your physical activity, and provide you with greater knowledge to reach a greater state of wellness.

January 6th through March 17th

    • Kick Off Party: 
      • January 6th, 8:00 am - 9:30 am
    • Classes Start January 8th (choose one)
      • Mondays at 5:45 am w/ Karli
      • Tuesdays at 6:00 pm w/ Jessica
      • Wednesdays at 10:00 am w/ Karli
      • Thursdays at 7:00 pm w/ Jessica
      • Saturdays at 8:00 am with Karli
    • Final Weigh-In: 
      • March 17th 7:00 am - 9:00 am
  • Fees: 
    • Daybreak Resident: $40
    • Non-Resident: $60
Maintaining or adopting new healthy habits around the holidays can be tough. Luckily, the new year is right around the corner and there is no better time to commit to making healthy changes. Maybe you want to lose weight, maintain weight previously lost, engage in a new fitness routine, understand how to fuel your body effectively, or make other healthy lifestyle changes related to your social, emotional, or physical wellness? If any of those applies to you, this is the challenge for you! 

The cost of the program includes:
  • Weekly Fitness Class (choose time at registration)
  • Weekly seminar on various topics
  • In-class and out-of-class challenges
  • Pre-Challenge screening/baseline testing
  • 5K Group Run around Oquirrh Lake
  • Weekly Prizes to Top Performers
  • Food at Kick Off and Finale
  • Finale Prizes to Top Performers
  • Question and answer sessions with trainers
