Welcome Mary Chamberlain to Daybreak

CCMC is pleased to welcome back Mary Chamberlain. In her new role as community manager for the Daybreak sub-associations, she is looking forward to becoming an integral part of the Daybreak community, as she leads the daily operations and long-term planning of the community’s townhome and condominium associations.

“I look forward to returning to CCMC in my new role at Daybreak,” she explains. “Working in partnership with the various boards and their residents, we will discover and implement effective solutions for continued success."

Originally from Salt Lake City, Mary attended college in the area and holds a Utah Real Estate License. A boomerang team member, she previously served as our assistant manager for Estrella and operations manager for SunCrest. Most recently, she worked as the director of operations for a local architect firm and vice president of external operations for a real estate development company.

She is currently a volunteer board member for Huntsman-Intermountain Adolescent and Young Adult Patient and Family Advisory Board. A two-time cancer survivor, Mary is an active advocate for young people who find themselves fighting the disease.

“Mary’s history and proven track record with our company make her an excellent fit for the Northern Utah team,” explains vice president Jeremy McClain. "We are very pleased to welcome her back home to CCMC.”

In her personal time, Mary enjoys outdoor sports including hiking, mountain biking, and boating. She enjoys plenty of quality time with her two young nephews, who keep her feeling young and full of joy.
