Those of you who pay your quarterly HOA assessments on time carry an extra burden due to other Daybreak residents being delinquent on their assessments. The staff at the Daybreak Community Association works diligently on the collection of assessments and administers policies that promote residents to pay off assessment balances. This ensures HOA costs are shared in a fair and equitable manner among all residents.

Daybreak, Utah (April 8, 2017) -
  Internet speed upgrades are set to continue throughout Daybreak on April 13th, with the goal of having all accounts completed by June 6, 2017. New homeowners building in Daybreak will enjoy the increase in speed at move in.

Recently it was announced that residents of Daybreak, who are fiber to the home customers, would receive a speed upgrade from CenturyLink. After completing the upgrade for more than 900 accounts in the community, CenturyLink has run into some unforeseen network complications.

CCMC Names Suzanne Thomas Community Manager for Daybreak


Daybreak, Utah - (January 27, 2017) -
Since 2011, Cindy Spillane has served as your community manager. Her exceptional performance has now led to an internal promotion with CCMC. In her new role as vice president, Cindy will lead all CCMC operations in Houston. Cindy will begin transitioning to her new role in this spring, with her relocation to Houston scheduled for May 2017.

Newer, Faster Internet Speeds for Daybreak Residents


Daybreak residents will be receiving a CenturyLink service upgrade, as part of a renegotiated contract between the telecommunications company and the community of Daybreak. Currently, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) customers’ internet speed is clocked at 40 MB download and a 20 MB upload.
