Daybreak Biggest Loser Competition

Are you ready to change your life? Join Fitness at Daybreak for this 10-week program that will challenge you to lose weight, improve your diet, and increase your physical activity. 


Registration begins November 8, 2016, and the program runs from January 7, 2017 through March 18, 2017.

Prizes

First place (Men and Women)$150 Nike gift card to create a custom shoe

Second place (Men and Women)$150 Scheels gift card so you continue a healthy lifestyle

Third place (Men and Women)$100 Sprouts gift card to maintain your healthy eating habits

    • Week 1 (Jan. 8th): Eat Your Veggies- 3 servings per day
    • Week 2 (Jan. 15th): Increase Miles- Walk/run 5 miles
    • Week 3 (Jan. 22nd): Stress Management- 10 min. ME time per day
    • Week 4 (Jan. 29th): Eat Your Fruits- 3 servings per day
    • Week 5 (Feb. 5th): NO SUGAR all week!
    • Week 6 (Feb. 12th): Test out a new sport
    • Week 7 (Feb. 19th): In class challenge
    • Week 8 (Feb. 26th): Drink It Up: Half you body weight in ounces
    • Week 9 (March 5th): Get Your Z’ s- Increase your sleep

    • Week 10 (March 12th): Improvement Week
