Bike Monster Naming Contest

Starting on Saturday, May 19th, LiveDAYBREAK will be hosting an Instagram contest where Daybreak residents will have the opportunity to name the newly installed Bike Monster sculptures. Each one of the Bike Monsters will be featured and residents will be asked to submit ideas until all five of the monsters have been named.

Those of you who pay your quarterly HOA assessments on time carry an extra burden due to other Daybreak residents being delinquent on their assessments. The staff at the Daybreak Community Association works diligently on the collection of assessments and administers policies that promote residents to pay off assessment balances. This ensures HOA costs are shared in a fair and equitable manner among all residents.

Coming Summer 2018: Daybreak Farmer's Market


Need another reason to look forward to summer? LiveDAYBREAK has some great news.

The Community Council is partnering with Daybreak resident Stephanie Devine to start a Daybreak Farmer’s Market on SoDa Row. Vendors will open for business starting June 2, 2018, through September 29, 2018. You will be able to find produce, crafts, and other artisan items every Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 p.m.
