LiveDAYBREAK was created to help the residents of the Daybreak community live more fulfilling lives. We do this by maintaining a robust calendar of events, establishing new relationships and helping create the most desirable community in Utah. This website features everything you’ll need to learn what’s happening in the neighborhood; whether you’re looking to see who’s playing on SoDa Row tonight, when the pools open or where you can find the best park for your picnic, it’s all right here. Welcome to LiveDAYBREAK.
Daybreak residents will be receiving a CenturyLink service upgrade, as part of a renegotiated contract between the telecommunications company and the community of Daybreak. Currently, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) customers’ internet speed is clocked at 40 MB download and a 20 MB upload.
This month we are spotlighting Taylor Proctor. Over the last two years, no project has been too big or too small for Taylor to offer her help and expertise. In 2015 she took the lead on creating the LiveDAYBREAK Raise the Woof Canine Carnival and Costume Contest.
The LiveDAYBREAK board will have a vacancy after the end of this year. If you believe that Daybreak residents benefit from a unique sense of community and you're willing to help make this the most desirable community in Utah. Then you might be LiveDAYBREAK Board material.
The Daybreak Community Association will be celebrating our Annual Meeting. This years’ theme is “A Taste of Daybreak”. At this meeting, we will be highlighting the events of 2016 and will showcase the Soda Row restaurants. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
LiveDAYBREAK has placed eleven (11) skeletons dressed up in various outfits around the community. Clues for each skeleton will be posted on LiveDAYBREAK's
social media accounts and residents will use the clues to track down all the skeletons and take photos of them.
Once they have collected photos of all the skeletons, residents will come to the Daybreak Community Center to collect their pirate's booty!
The American Academy of Innovation (AAI), a tuition-free, public charter school serving students in grades 6 to 12, is excited to announce that its first year of school is underway. AAI will be holding an official ribbon cutting ceremony for its new building on Thursday (September 22) at 4:00 p.m. The building is located at 5410 W. South Jordan Parkway in South Jordan. The community is invited to attend, and special invitations have been sent to state and local government officials, as well as community and business leaders. The student council will be leading the tours through the school.
