LiveDAYBREAK was created to help the residents of the Daybreak community live more fulfilling lives. We do this by maintaining a robust calendar of events, establishing new relationships and helping create the most desirable community in Utah. This website features everything you’ll need to learn what’s happening in the neighborhood; whether you’re looking to see who’s playing on SoDa Row tonight, when the pools open or where you can find the best park for your picnic, it’s all right here. Welcome to LiveDAYBREAK.
Daybreak, Utah (February 16, 2017) - Recently it was announced that residents of Daybreak, who are fiber to the home customers, would receive a speed upgrade from CenturyLink. After completing the upgrade for more than 900 accounts in the community, CenturyLink has run into some unforeseen network complications.
The Daybreak Community Center (DCC) will be receiving new cardio fitness equipment early next week. After an evaluation of the equipment in the summer of 2016, Daybreak Community Association recommended that reserve funds be used to update and replace the current equipment.
Daybreak, Utah - (January 27, 2017) - Since 2011, Cindy Spillane has served as your community manager. Her exceptional performance has
now led to an internal promotion with CCMC. In her new role as vice president, Cindy will lead all CCMC operations in Houston. Cindy will begin transitioning
to her new role in this spring, with her relocation to Houston scheduled for May 2017.
Recently the LiveDAYBREAK board created a new resident committee dedicated to advocating for public art in Daybreak. The Community Art Advisory Committee (CAAC) is in the formative stages and we are looking for resident members.
Take a minute and look back on all the fun we had during the 2016 SoDa Rockin’ Row Concert Series. It was a banner year for this local favorite event.
Highlighting the series were appearances by Logan Brill, Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband, and Pam Tillis.
Daybreak residents will be receiving a CenturyLink service upgrade, as part of a renegotiated contract between the telecommunications company and the community of Daybreak. Currently, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) customers’ internet speed is clocked at 40 MB download and a 20 MB upload.
This month we are spotlighting Taylor Proctor. Over the last two years, no project has been too big or too small for Taylor to offer her help and expertise. In 2015 she took the lead on creating the LiveDAYBREAK Raise the Woof Canine Carnival and Costume Contest.
The LiveDAYBREAK board will have a vacancy after the end of this year. If you believe that Daybreak residents benefit from a unique sense of community and you're willing to help make this the most desirable community in Utah. Then you might be LiveDAYBREAK Board material.
